Howard E. Greenberg graduated in 1981, magna cum laude, from Long Island University, C.W. Post Center with a B.A. degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy.  He received his law degree in 1984 from Hofstra University where he was the managing editor of the Labor Law Journal.  He is admitted to the New York Bar and Federal Courts.


 

Howard has been a member of the Nassau, Suffolk, New York State, Trial Lawyers, and American Bar Associations as well as the First Amendment Lawyers Association, (FALA).
